Yards:

Burlington is serviced by three sets of cattle yards. In the centre of the property is Ruby Yards, to the west is Western Yards and to the east are the main yards located at the homestead.

• Homestead Yards has roadtrain access, timber and steel construction, holding paddocks and equipped with vet crush, 5-way race draft, undercover branding facilities and sprinkler system.

Water:

Fed from large springs on the near neighboring property Whitewater, and also Springfield Station, both Fossilbrook and Saltwater Creeks run all year round. The water supply for the homestead complex and yards are both drawn from Fossilbrook Creek and a house bore. Semi-permanent holes in the rivers and the numerous creeks are complimented by a network of large dams.
